Peptides AI Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Peptides AI application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Peptides AI ("we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Purpose of the Service

Peptides AI provides tools for peptide protocol tracking, dosage calculation, data analysis, and AI-generated insights.

The Service is intended for educational, informational, and research purposes only.

Peptides AI is not a medical provider, and the Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. No Medical Advice and HIPAA Disclaimer

All content, calculations, and AI-generated outputs are for informational purposes only.

You acknowledge that:

• The Service does not replace professional medical advice
• We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions
• You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions

Peptides AI is not a covered entity under HIPAA and does not provide services subject to HIPAA regulations.

3. Eligibility and Legal Use

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of peptide-related information complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Many peptides referenced in the Service are not approved by regulatory authorities (such as the FDA) for human use, and may be intended for research purposes only.

You assume full responsibility for how you use the information provided.

4. User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and any decisions made based on its outputs.

This includes:

• Peptide selection, dosing, and stacking
• Interpretation of AI insights
• Use of lab results and tracking data

Use of peptides carries risks. You accept full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from your use of the Service.

5. Accuracy and Limitations

• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. AI Features and Consent

By using these features:

• You provide explicit consent for your data to be processed by AI providers
• You understand that outputs are automated and may not be accurate
• You acknowledge that AI insights are not medical advice

You may withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of AI-powered features.

7. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions may be offered through Apple App Store and Google Play.

By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings

If a free trial is offered:

• It will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any laws
• Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform
• Interfere with system performance or security
• Use the Service in a harmful or misleading way

We may restrict access for violations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials within the Service are owned by Peptides AI or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use only. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including:

• Payment processors
• Cloud infrastructure
• AI providers

We are not responsible for the performance or policies of third-party services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptides AI shall not be liable for:

• Decisions made based on app data or AI insights
• Health outcomes or adverse effects
• Loss of data, profits, or opportunities
• Indirect or consequential damages

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peptides AI from any claims or damages arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of data or outputs

14. Apple App Store Terms

If you access the Service through the Apple App Store:

• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
• Apple is not responsible for any warranties or claims related to the app
• Any claims must be addressed between you and Peptides AI

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

16. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Peptides AI.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than court proceedings.

You agree:

• To resolve disputes individually
• To waive participation in class actions or class arbitration

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
