How TRT Dose Calculations Work

ml per injection = dose (mg) / concentration (mg/ml)

So, if the prescribed amount for one injection is 60 mg and the vial concentration is 200 mg/ml, the volume is 0.3 ml.

If you are using a 1 ml U-100 insulin syringe, 1 ml = 100 units. This means that 0.3 ml = 30 units, 0.50 ml = 50 units, and 0.75 ml = 75 units.
